Soya Kabab E Zaika

Ingredients

  • 250 gms Tofu (soya paneer)
  • Soyabean refined oil (for deep frying)
  • 200 gms Boiled potatoes
  • 8 gms Green chillies
  • 50 gms Soya flour
  • 6 gms Garam masala powder
  • 50 gms Onion
  • 4 gms Red chilli powder
  • 20 gms Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 10 gms Ginger

How to Prepare

Finely grate the tofu. Boil, skin, and mash the potatoes.

Finely chop onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, and ginger. Mix everything together.

Add the spices and knead into smooth dough. Make flat kababs using small quantities of the mixture.

Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the kababs till golden brown.

Serve with green chutney.
