Key Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• 8–10 years of experience in solvent extraction plant operations

• Good knowledge of plant machinery and process control

• Strong leadership and shift management skills

• Ensure smooth production and maintain process parameters

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities

• Maintain safety and operational discipline on the shop floor

• Prepare shift reports and production logs
