Key Requirements

• MSc / BSc in Microbiology

• 2–3 years of laboratory experience in food or edible oil industry

• Knowledge of microbiological testing procedures

• Familiarity with quality and hygiene standards

Responsibility

• Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished products

• Maintain laboratory testing records and documentation

• Ensure plant hygiene standards are maintained

• Support quality control and food safety compliance

• Assist in audits and quality inspections
