Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• 8–10 years of experience in industrial construction projects

• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, and plant buildings

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction planning tools

• Good coordination and project management skills

Responsibility

• Supervise civil construction work including plant structures and utilities

• Ensure quality control for concrete, materials, and structural work

• Coordinate with contractors and consultants for project execution

• Review drawings and ensure construction aligns with design specifications

• Maintain site documentation and progress reports
